Things I Know: Gluten Free on The Circle

October 14, 2011

Its Friday!

You know before I become a Stay At Home Mum I didn’t realise I would still look forward to Friday’s so much but I do.

This week I know that I love watching the cooking segments on the channel ten television show ‘The Circle’. Often they will feature a gluten free dish, if not then more times than not the chef will reference what they can do to make the dish gluten free. Yesterday Rowie Dillion was on cooking a very yummy looking Tomato, Onion and Feta tart. If you missed it, then click here and you can see the video of it online.

Previously The Circle has featured the following gluten free recipes:

Thanks The Circle, keep it up!

I am linking up with Shae from Yay for Home for Things I Know

What do you know?

I kind of get a thrill out of working out how to change mainstream meals into gluten and lactose free alternatives.

How fabulous is The Circle, hey! I don’t get to watch it nearly as much as I’d like now. Although, on days Ella’s in child care I do sneak a bit of a peek!
I love the chef talent they attract and will certainly take more notice now of their references to gluten free! πŸ™‚

Loving The Circle for this at the moment. I actually IQ it everyday and just watch the bits I want, that means I can fastforward those silly infomericals.
