Things I Know

October 28, 2011

Hello Friday. Nice to see you again. It’s been a bit of a different week for me. I’ll spare you the gory details but after being glutened last week, would you believe I am still recovering from it. Yes STILL. It is crazy and madness and why I am so damn vigilant about it.

So Things I Know this week are:

  • it is frustrating that some of my snail mail disappears. Or if I am sending something it takes ages to gets to its destination.
  • along a similar vein, emails seem to disappear as well. Especially ones I send. Does that happen alot to anyone else?
  • Hayfever is in full force. My poor Little Man is suffering big time from it and it makes playing cricket and soccer harder for him ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
  • 9 weeks till Christmas! Argh! I am lucky I won a Christmas Planner by The Organised Housewife from Puddles and Gumboots which will help me out bigt time.
  • The Aussie dollar is going through the roof! I can’t get overseas to enjoy it so I am going to get some stuff online. Anyone got some favourite places they use they would care to share?
  • Little Man is going to his first Halloween party tomorrow night, its going to be fun!

I am linking up to Yay for Home for Things I Know.

What do you know?

One of my twins has just started suffering from hay fever this year…it sucks. Eyes all puffy and itchy and a constant runny nose. Not nice at all.
On the up side, we all have a halloween party to attend tomorrow as well and this time my girls want to go as witches, which is a nice departure from fairies and princesses.

    Enjoy the week ahead!

I’m always curious about the email thing, Nellbe. I don’t trust my blog email accounts. Sometimes I wonder if people think I’m snobbing them because I never responded, even though I did! ๐Ÿ™‚

I know what you mean about snail mail. I sent off 2 packages last Friday and I’m pretty sure one should have reached the recipient by now…hmmmm…
Strong Aussie dollar is always a great excuse to go a little crazy with on-line shopping ๐Ÿ™‚

I hear you about snail mail. I have so many things go missing it’s not even funny both incoming and out going and it is getting beyond ridiculous.

Hope you are feeling better soon xx

I never have any trouble with snail mail. Email on the other hand … I am not very good at replying :s

Wow, the Aussie dollar is up again? Can you tell I don’t get to watch the news often. Now, excuse me whilst I go virtual shopping, LOL!

I thought my Matilda had hayfever until she woke up with conjunctivitis this morning (my bad)! Whenever my husband has gluten he also has a reaction that seems to go on and on…it is so hard to police when you’re away from home and you have no labels to check. Hope you feel more yourself soon!

I know that my eczema has replaced other allergy symptoms this year. It’s always something.
