Weekly Menu Plan with Gluten Free Meal Ideas

Only 2 1/2 weeks of school holidays left, seems like yesterday we broke up for the year. It is going by very fast.  It feels good to be back into some sort of routine.

Weekly Menu Plan

Monday – Gluten Free Satay Noodle and Vegetable Stir fry – I will be making my own satay, that way I can control the heat

Tuesday Tuna Burgers made gluten free by either using gluten free rolls or bread, the other ingredients should be ok

WednesdayCreamy Gluten Free Pasta with Spring Vegetables

ThursdaySalsa Stoup with Avocado Double Baked Quesadilla’s – made gluten free by using corn tortillas

Friday –  Slow Cooker Corned Beef with Gluten Free Roasted Vegetable Bake 

Saturday – Spaghetti and Meatballs for the  boys

Sunday – Simple Supper Night
