Menu Plan Monday

I hope your Easter went well and you enjoyed the extra long weekend. We sure did. School Holidays have started so my eldest boy and I will be cooking the evening meal together this week. When we went to the library he picked some cooking books, Annabel’s Kitchen was one so we will be cooking from that this week. My son also helped choose the menu.

Weekly Menu Plan

Monday – Annabel’s Veggie Burgers – I used gluten free breadcrumbs and soy sauce to make them gluten free. Serve on gluten free bread rolls with salad.

TuesdayMeatball Pasta Bake – can be made gluten free by using gluten free pasta and breadcrumbs

WednesdayChinese Fried Rice – easily made gluten free by using gluten free tamari instead of soy sauce

ThursdayJimmy’s Fish Pie – made gluten free by using gluten free flour and stock

FridayHidden Vegetable Bolognese  served with spaghetti, I’ll have Pasta with Bean and Tomato Sauce –  made gluten free by using gluten free pasta

Saturday – Tomato and Vegetable Soup using gluten free stock to make gluten free.

Sunday – Simple Supper Night
